Delivvo (https://delivvo.io) is a UAE-registered SaaS used by freelancers, designers, developers, writers, and small studios to run their entire client workflow from one branded portal: delivery, approvals, invoices, contracts, and payments. The interface is bilingual: full English and Arabic with right-to-left support.

- **0% payment fees.** Clients pay the freelancer directly through the freelancer's OWN gateway (Stripe, PayPal, Tap, Telr, PayTabs, Checkout.com, MyFatoorah, Moyasar, N-Genius, or IBAN / Wise / Payoneer). Delivvo is never the merchant of record and never takes a cut of any payment.

> Cutroom is a local AI video editor for Windows. It costs $99 once. The editing runs on your own machine. You drive it with your own Claude, Codex, or Gemini over MCP.

Cutroom (https://delivvo.io/cutroom) is a desktop video editor for **Windows 10 and 11, 64-bit only**. There is no macOS build and no Linux build. It is not a browser tool and not a cloud service: the editing, the transcription, and the background removal all run on the buyer's own machine.

- **Runs locally.** Transcription is offline whisper.cpp with word-level timing. Background removal is local ONNX matting. Your original files are never modified: Cutroom edits from proxies and writes a new file on export.
- **Bring your own AI.** Cutroom speaks MCP, the open standard. One paste connects Claude Code, Claude Desktop, OpenAI Codex, Google Gemini, Cursor, Windsurf, VS Code, or Cline. You use your own AI account, so there is no AI charge from Delivvo.
- **Bring your own keys.** Optional image/video generation (Google, OpenAI, Stability, Veo, Sora, Runway, Kling, Luma) and ElevenLabs voice run on the buyer's own API key, billed by that provider. Keys are stored encrypted on the machine; the AI can use a key but can never read one back.

- **Human/AI parity.** Around 96 tools, and the AI reaches every one a person can. Unlimited-track 4K timeline, keyframes, 200-step undo, word-level captions in 27 styles, colour with .cube LUT support, 39 transitions, chroma key, subject-aware auto-reframe, silence removal, loudness normalization, and 7 export presets (TikTok/Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn 1920x1080 landscape, X, ProRes master, web, GIF).
- **It works fully without AI.** Connect nothing and it is still a complete editor. The AI is an accelerator, never a requirement.
- **The AI checks its own work.** Before an export runs, it renders the real export frames, reads them back, scans the audio for clipping and mid-word cuts, and logs the review. No logged review, no export.
- **The honest exception to "nothing leaves your disk":** if you connect an AI, it reads frames and audio to review its own work. Anything you ask it to generate goes to the provider whose key you brought, and a few features upload local media to that provider: image-to-video sends the source still, and dubbing, voice isolation, voice change, and voice cloning send the selected clip's audio. All of it uses your own key and bills to your account. None of it comes to Delivvo.
- **Requirements.** Any graphics card: transcription runs on the CPU on any Windows PC, and an NVIDIA GPU only makes it faster. Node.js is needed only for the one-paste AI connection; every other part of the app works without it.

### Why someone picks Cutroom
Every other local AI editor asks for a trade. The two built for creators, Palmier Pro and Reelify, run their local editor on macOS only. The free Windows one, LTX Desktop, is built for generating clips and wants an NVIDIA card with 16 GB of VRAM to do it. The one that suits a pro workflow, Jumper, is not an editor at all: it drives Premiere or Resolve, which you buy separately, and its agent features sit in a paid tier.
