For your client
Does my client need an account?
No. They open their link on a phone or a laptop. To keep the work private, they confirm a one-time code sent to their email. There is no password and nothing to install.
What can my client do in the portal?
Approve files or ask for changes, download deliverables, message you, read the quote and contract, pay what's due, and book or fill in a form if you use those parts.
Does the portal speak my client's language?
Yes. Each client has a preferred language, and their portal and emails follow it.
What if one client has several projects?
They all sit behind the same link. The client switches between them, and each keeps its own files, approvals and invoices.
Privacy and access
Can one client see another client's work?
No. Each client's link opens only their own projects. The separation is enforced in the database itself, not just hidden in the interface.
What happens after the project ends?
The portal stays. Files, the signed contract and paid invoices remain, so you can both come back to them. Nothing hides behind a link that expires.

Is the client portal free?
Yes. The Free plan includes the client portal for up to 3 active clients, with contracts, e-signatures and invoices. Delivvo takes 0% of what your clients pay.
Can I put my own branding on it?
Yes. Your logo and color come with every plan. Team and up take the Delivvo name off everything your clients see and can run the portal on your own address, such as portal.yourstudio.ae.
