How the money moves

When a client pays a deposit, an installment or an invoice, the pay button runs through the gateway you connected. The money goes from them, through your gateway, into your own account. Delivvo sends the pay link and records the payment, and that is all.

What you still pay

Your gateway charges its normal processing rate, directly to you, the same as it does today. Delivvo adds nothing on top, takes no share of it and never marks it up. You pay Delivvo for your plan, never a percentage of your payments.

Who holds the money

You do. Because clients pay through your own gateway, you are the merchant of record on every payment. There is no Delivvo balance, no payout delay from us and nothing of yours for us to hold.

Is it really 0%?

Yes, from Delivvo's side. We take no cut and add no platform fee. Your gateway still charges its own processing rate directly to you, the same as anywhere.

Do I still pay my gateway's processing fee?

Yes. That fee is between you and your gateway, exactly as it is today. Delivvo doesn't touch it, mark it up or take a share of it.

Who holds the money?

You do. Clients pay through your own connected gateway, so you're the merchant of record. There's no Delivvo balance and no payout from us to wait for.

Is there a fee on the Free plan?

No. 0% on every plan, Free included. You pay for the plan you choose, never a share of your payments.

How fast do I get paid?

As fast as your gateway pays out. Delivvo isn't in the middle, so there's no extra hold from us.

What if my gateway isn't listed?

Paste a payment link from any gateway into an invoice or an installment. Your client pays there, taps I've paid, and you confirm it. Bank transfer with a receipt works the same way.
