Sending
How large a file can I send?
1 GB a file on Free, 5 GB on Solo, and 50 GB on Pro and every plan above it. Big raw video and full design exports go up in one piece from Pro.
What happens if my upload gets interrupted?
Large uploads resume from where they stopped, so a short drop on a 40 GB file doesn't send you back to the start.
What about a slow connection?
Large files go up in parts in the background, so you can keep working. A dropped part is sent again, not the whole file.
Your client
Can my client send files back to me?
Yes, into the same project. 5 GB a file by default, and up to 50 GB when you turn on large client uploads ($15 a month on Pro and Team, included on Business and Enterprise). You set the limit, and clients see it before they start.
Does the download link expire?
The portal link stays after the project ends. Each download is a fresh, short-lived link made when your client clicks, so files never sit on an open public address.
Storage and versions
Do old versions get deleted?
Each plan keeps a set number of versions per file: 3 on Free, 5 on Solo, 25 on Pro and 100 on Team and up. The newest always shows first.
Is there a fee for storage or downloads?
No meter on top of your plan. Storage is part of the plan, and we don't charge per download or per gigabyte.
