Book the call, skip the email chain
Set a meeting on whatever platform you already use, and Delivvo emails the client the time and the link. Your meetings and your project deadlines live on one calendar, so you are not juggling a separate scheduling app. Need to move it? Reschedule in a tap and the client is told.
A meeting, without the friction
Any platform you like
Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, Whereby, and more. Create the meeting where you normally do, paste the link, and you are set.
The client gets the details
Delivvo emails the client the date, the time, and the link, so the meeting lands in their inbox instead of a chat message they will lose.
One calendar for everything
Meetings and project deadlines sit on the same schedule, so you see the week at a glance without flipping between apps.
Reschedule in a tap
Move a meeting and the client is told the new time. No new email thread to agree on a slot from scratch.
Works with what you already use
There is no account to connect and no integration to authorise. You make the call on the platform you prefer, paste the link into the meeting, and Delivvo handles telling the client and putting it on the calendar. If your platform is not in the list, paste any meeting URL and it works the same.
- No OAuth, no calendar account to link up
- Paste a link from any meeting platform
- The client never needs an account to join
How meetings work
- Platforms
- Meet, Zoom, Teams +
- Setup
- Paste a link
- Client account
- Not needed
The call sits with the project
A meeting is not a loose event in some other app. It sits in the same place as the work it is about, so when you open the project you see the next call alongside the files, the approvals, and the invoice. The conversation and the schedule stay together.
- Meetings and deadlines on one timeline
- Each client sees only their own meetings
- The call is one tap from the work it is about
One schedule
The calendar and the work, in one place.
When the meeting lives next to the project, you are not checking three apps to know what is due and who you are talking to today. It is all on one screen, the way the rest of Delivvo is.
Questions about scheduling
Which meeting platforms can I use?
Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, Whereby, Jitsi, Discord, Skype, or any other link. You create the meeting on the platform and paste its link in.
Do I have to connect or authorise an account?
No. There is no OAuth and no calendar integration to set up. You make the meeting on your platform of choice and paste the link, and Delivvo shares it and puts it on your schedule.
How does the client find out about the meeting?
Delivvo emails them the date, the time, and the link, so the meeting reaches their inbox rather than getting lost in a chat thread.
Can I reschedule a meeting?
Yes. Move it to a new time and the client is notified, so you do not start a fresh email chain to agree on a slot.
Does my client need an account to join?
No. They join the meeting through the link, the same as any other call. The scheduling and the join link work without a Delivvo account.
Is scheduling on every plan?
Yes. The unified schedule, meetings, and client email invites are available on every plan, including Starter.
