Architects
Can I bill per design stage?
Yes. Set a fee for each stage on a date you choose, or bill it when the drawings are approved. Each one is its own numbered invoice with a pay link.
Can clients sign off drawings?
Yes. Upload drawings to the client's portal and they approve each one or ask for changes. Every approval is kept with its date.
Can clients pay by card?
Yes, through Stripe. The money goes to your account and Delivvo takes 0%.
Does it suit interior designers too?
Yes. Mood boards, material approvals and stage fees work the same way.
Quotes and staged payments
Can I bill in stages?
Yes. Split the price into up to 12 payments, at the start, on dates, a number of days in, or on completion. Each one becomes its own invoice with a pay link.
Can my client pay by bank transfer?
Yes. Add your bank details and they show on the invoice next to Stripe. You mark the transfer as paid when it lands.
What if the scope changes halfway?
Send a new quote or a new contract on the same project. The signed ones stay in your records as they were.
Does this work for a team of five?
Yes. Team plans give each person a place and a role, so everyone sees their own work and the owner sees all of it.
