Developers
Can milestones be charged automatically?
With Stripe, yes. The client saves a card on the first milestone and later ones are charged on their due dates. Other gateways send a pay link.
Can I bill in US dollars?
Yes. Each quote and invoice has its own currency, and the client pays in it through your gateway.
Where do I share builds?
In the client's portal: release notes and builds as files, each with an approval so sign-off is on record.
Do you add a fee on top of Stripe?
No. You pay Stripe's usual fees on your own account, and Delivvo takes 0% of every payment.
Quotes and staged payments
Can I bill in stages?
Yes. Split the price into up to 12 payments, at the start, on dates, a number of days in, or on completion. Each one becomes its own invoice with a pay link.
Can my client pay by bank transfer?
Yes. Add your bank details and they show on the invoice next to Stripe. You mark the transfer as paid when it lands.
What if the scope changes halfway?
Send a new quote or a new contract on the same project. The signed ones stay in your records as they were.
Does this work for a team of five?
Yes. Team plans give each person a place and a role, so everyone sees their own work and the owner sees all of it.
